Pre-Smoke & Construction:
This cigar has a very beautiful, dark, oily wrapper. The contrast with the white band is nice. The construction looks very solid with few imperfections.
I had not smoked this cigar in years until recently our Torano rep handed me one. I was very surprised it was a very smooth rich medium body cigar. I really liked it and think it is a great value to be in the $6 range.
From the Torano website:
Incredibly smooth and well balanced. The Virtuoso’s dark rich body is accompanied by flavors of peppery spice, roasted coffee, and cocoa.
The burn was very even and slow with a very dense, white ash. I never had to touch up the burn it was great!
Overall I am very happy to have revisited this blend. I think it is a solid smoke to have in the every day rotation. Highly recommend this one!
